The grand opening took place Wednesday, June 28 delivering "epic tacos" and much more! The restaurant seats 100 people outside and 158 people inside. Agave & Rye recently rolled out their summer menu across all locations featuring grilled street tacos and Asbury’s favorite strawberry jalapeño tequila salsa. YUM!
Centerville has a reputation of being such an amazing community that we couldn’t resist the opportunity to be part of it,” Yavonne Sarber, CEO and co-founder of Agave & Rye Tequila and Bourbon Hall previously said. “We’re so excited to celebrate the city itself with local food lovers and restaurant-goers.”
Agave & Rye will be located at 11 N. Main Street in the space that formerly housed Panera Bread. The 5,400-square-foot space is filled with unique artwork and vibrant music from the late 90s to now, said Sidney Asbury, leader of brand standards and epic culture. The restaurant’s concept walks an intriguing line between fine art and street art, which gives it the feel of urban grunge.
Beyond the eye-catching space and EPIC overall experience, however, the menu alone sets Agave & Rye apart from the traditional restaurant taco experience. With this new location, the Agave & Rye team will launch new menu items, alongside their famous EPIC tacos that have featured thrilling ingredients such as truffled lobster mac n’ cheese and kangaroo, plus standalone menu items like mac n’ cheese beignets, puffy tacos, birria tacos, and more. Signature EPIC cocktails with juices squeezed fresh daily will also offer a mix of modern and traditional, from Jalapeño Pineapple Margaritas to a refreshing Bourbon Peach Punch. Fresh, made-from-scratch recipes with only the best ingredients available offer inventive ways for guests to enjoy expertly crafted food, bite-by-bite, and sip-by-sip.
